NOTICE OF SHELBY TOWNSHIP
ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
Notice is hereby given that Shelby Township, Blue Earth County, Minnesota will meet on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 conduct its Annual Town Meeting at the Amboy City Hall, 244 East Maine Street, Amboy, MN. The Annual Town Meeting will be convened at 7:00 p.m. In case of bad weather, the Annual Town Meeting will be held at the same time and place on the third Tuesday of March. If there is bad weather on that day, then the town board must set another date within 30 days following the third Tuesday in March.

Beauford Township Annual Meeting Notice
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Beauford Township, County of Blue Earth, State of Minnesota that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m at the Beauford United Methodist church 15797 State Hwy 22, Mapleton, MN 56065. In case of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March - March 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
The annual meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

Notice is hereby given to the residents of Mapleton Township that the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mapleton Community Center, 304 2nd Ave. NE, Mapleton. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
In the case of inclement weather, the meeting will be held on March 17th, 2026, at the same time and location.
Notice is also given that the March Regular Board Meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting, Tuesday March 10th, starting at 8:00 p.m., at the same location noted above.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Lyra Township that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 and will commence at 8:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
In case of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed until the third Monday, March 15th at 8:00 p.m.
The Annual Meeting will be held at the LYRA TOWNSHIP HALL in Good Thunder, MN.
The Township monthly meeting will also be held on Tuesday, March 10th starting at 7 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ASSESSMENT AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
This may affect your 2027 property taxes.
The Open Book meeting for the Township of Lyra in Blue Earth County, Minnesota will be open from Monday, April 13th through Friday, May 29th during normal business hours.
Call 507-304-4251 for open book meeting information. The purpose of the open book meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor's office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the County Board of Appeal and
Equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed.

Notice is also hereby given that the March Regular meeting will be held after the Annual Meeting. The Regular Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 after the Annual Meeting at the same location noted above.
