INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2135 MAPLETON, MN NOTICE OF BID

Independent School District No. 2135, Mapleton, Minnesota, is presently soliciting competitive “Prime Contract Bids” for Maple River Public Schools – Demolition of former East Elementary School located in Minnesota Lake, MN. Sealed bids will be received electronically through Building Connected using the following link: https://app. buildingconnected.com/public/5757 529c4425ca0a0029307b, free of charge to Contractors. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, on May 4th, 2023. Bidders are also invited to review the results online at https://www.krausanderson.com/ subcontractors/bid-tabulations/. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. This portion of the project involves the demolition & abatement removal of the east elementary school.
